Avasora Lifetime Terms

Last updated: October 24, 2026. These Terms cover a Lifetime Membership in the Avasora app for iOS. Avasora LLC, 732 S 6th St, Ste R, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States, provides it. Write to us any time at hello@avasora.com.

1. What Your Lifetime Membership Includes

A Lifetime Membership is the Avasora Membership, paid for once. It includes the Membership as we offer it today and as it grows. It does not include separately priced memberships or products, such as Membership With Your Certified Health Coach. Lifetime Members are asked, but never required, to share feedback on the app.

2. What "Lifetime" Means

Your Lifetime Membership lasts for as long as Avasora LLC, or any company that takes over Avasora, offers the Avasora Membership. It is the lifetime of the Avasora Membership, which may not be the rest of your own lifetime.

3. One Payment

You pay once. A Lifetime Membership never renews, and you are never billed for it again.

4. If Avasora Ever Closes The Membership

We will tell you in the app at least 90 days before the Membership closes. A Lifetime Membership is not refundable when the Membership closes.

5. Where It Is Sold, And No Refunds

A Lifetime Membership is sold only on avasora.com, where Paddle, our merchant of record, processes the payment. It is not refundable, except where the law requires it.

6. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avasora LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to your Lifetime Membership will not exceed the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Our Other Terms

Sections 1 to 4 and 7 to 17 of the Avasora Membership Terms also apply to your Lifetime Membership: they cover medical care, eligibility, your device, acceptable use, messages, ownership, warranties, stopping, Nevada law, Apple, changes and contact. The billing and liability sections of the Membership Terms do not apply to a Lifetime Membership.
