1. Who we are
Avasora ("Avasora," "we," "us") is operated by Avasora LLC, 732 S 6th St, Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States. Contact: hello@avasora.com.
2. The short version
We read health data from Apple Health with your permission to generate your daily summary. We never sell your data. We never use it for advertising. We never share it with data brokers. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app.
3. What we collect
Health and fitness data (only with your explicit permission): sleep duration and stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate, step count, and active energy — read from Apple HealthKit.
Account data: email address, and your name if you choose to provide it.
Data you enter: daily check-in responses, notes, and any information you submit to us.
Your voice note. Once a day you may record up to thirty seconds about your morning. The recording is written out into text on your phone and never leaves it. With your permission, the text of your note is sent securely to Avasora, where it is used for one purpose only: to compose a short reply for you and, on Sundays, a summary of your week for your Sunday note. We use a third-party language model provider to compose these lines, under commercial terms that forbid it from training on your words. We do not store your notes on our servers, we do not link them to your name or your account, we never sell them, and we never use them for advertising. You can decline at the first recording, and you can stop at any time by choosing chips only. When you join, you may also record up to one minute about your health and your mornings. That text is handled in exactly the same way, and you can hear it, delete it, or record it again at any time in Settings.
Technical data: device model, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and anonymized usage events (for example, "opened daily summary"). Usage analytics are never linked to your health data.
4. What we do with it

5. What we never do
- We never sell your personal or health data to anyone, for any purpose.
- We never use health data for advertising, marketing, or targeting.
- We never use health data for data mining beyond providing the service to you.
- We never store health information in iCloud.
- We never share your identifiable health data with third parties except the limited processors listed in §7.
6. Human review
Avasora includes a human element. A member of the Avasora team, or a contracted reviewer bound by a written confidentiality agreement, may read a summary of your health trends in order to write your weekly note. Reviewers see only the summarized metrics necessary for that purpose. All reviewers are bound by confidentiality obligations. You can disable human review at any time in Settings, and your data will then be processed only by automated systems.
7. Processors we use

These are the processors we use today. The app is not yet released, and the full processor list will be published before launch.
8. Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Data is stored on servers in the United States, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we permanently delete all personal and health data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain limited transaction records.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Account deletion is available in the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, and takes effect immediately. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, or state health-privacy laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. To exercise any right, contact hello@avasora.com. We respond within 30 days.
10. Children
Avasora is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.
11. Apple Health data specifically
Health data obtained through HealthKit is used solely to provide you with the features of Avasora. In accordance with Apple's requirements, we do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or data mining, we do not disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent, and we do not store it in iCloud.
12. Changes
We'll notify you in the app at least 14 days before any material change takes effect.
