Avasora Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026. This policy covers the Avasora app for iOS and avasora.com. Avasora LLC, 732 S 6th St, Ste R, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, United States, looks after your information. Write to us any time at hello@avasora.com.
The Short Version
What you tell Avasora stays on your device. No account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and we never sell your information. Only what you choose to send leaves your device: the words you ask Avasora to answer, emails to our team, what you share in Small Circles, your questions in Ava Talks and, with a health coach, your messages and calls with her.
What Stays On Your Device
Your plan, log, evening answers, cycle, medications, intake story and voice recordings stay on your device, never in iCloud, unless you choose to share them, as this policy describes. A device backup includes them, in your own Apple account.
Apple Health
With your permission, Avasora reads 6 kinds of data from Apple Health on your device: sleep, heart rate, respiratory rate, steps, walking speed and walking step length. Avasora never writes to Apple Health, and your readings never leave your device.
Your Voice
Your voice notes are recorded and written out on your device. A recording leaves your device only when you send it to our team or to your Small Circle.
The Replies We Compose For You
With your permission, Avasora answers your notes with 1 or 2 sentences, and on Sundays with a short paragraph from your week. To write them, the app sends Avasora's server the words of your notes, the items you tapped, your intake story, your language, and whether you prefer feminine or masculine forms. It never sends your name, your email, your Apple Health readings or anything that identifies your device.
Our server passes those words to Anthropic, the maker of Claude, which writes the reply. We store none of them. Our host, Vercel, keeps a technical record of each request (its time and IP address, never your words) for a few days at most. Anthropic may not train its models on your words and deletes them within 30 days, or keeps them up to 2 years if its safety systems flag a request or the law requires it.
Every composed reply is labelled as composed. You can say no at the start or stop at any time in Settings. The app then sends nothing, and your Sunday paragraph is composed on your device from what you tapped that week.
Writing To Our Team
When you write to our team, your Mail app opens with your message and, if you choose, your recording. You send it from your own email account to Avasora's mailbox, which Google Workspace hosts. Only a member of our Avasora Leadership Team reads it, only to reply to you. We delete each email 12 months after it arrives, or sooner if you ask.
If You Choose A Health Coach
Health coaches are available in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Your messages, your weekly plan and anything you share go securely to Avasora, so your health coach can read them and reply. She sees your words and what you log, never a figure from Apple Health. Messages you speak are written out on your device, and only the words are sent. When your health coach speaks instead of typing, to write to you or about you or to keep her notes after a call, AssemblyAI writes out her words, unless her device does it itself. We have AssemblyAI delete each recording and its words as soon as they are written out. If you are an Avasora health coach, your own recordings are handled the same way.
To connect you with her, the app also sends your first name if you give it, your mode, language, preferred word forms, time zone, app version, notification address and Apple's signed record of your Membership and of any call you buy. From that record, our server makes a random member code and keeps your Membership's dates and country, never your Apple Account or payment details.
If your health coach changes, your new health coach sees your history, unless you choose to start fresh. Each month, a member of our Avasora Leadership Team reads a small sample of messages, for your safety and the quality of your care. Our health coaches live in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They read your words only on Avasora's secure page, never copy them, and every opening is recorded. Your words are never sold or used for advertising.
With your yes, Claude, Avasora's AI by Anthropic, helps your health coach: it points out a message that needs a quick answer, summarizes your week and suggests a reply. She writes every reply herself. Claude sees only your messages, your certified health coach's notes from your sessions, and her plan for you. Never your Apple Health figures. Your Apple Health figures never leave your device, and Claude assists your certified health coach only inside Avasora. Your words never train an AI, and Anthropic keeps them on the same terms as the replies above. You can say no at any time in Settings, and your health coach stays with you just the same.
Calls run through Stream, on its servers in the United States. Your voice and, if you turn it on, your camera are carried live, never recorded or written out. Stream knows you only by your random code and calling address, never by your name, and keeps each call's start and end for 90 days. We keep each call's time and length, how long you talked, and the topics you choose until 1 day after the call.
After each call, you can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and add your own words. Only a member of our Avasora Leadership Team reads them, for the quality of your care, and your health coach never sees them.
When your health coach writes, Apple's push service sends your device a short notice that never contains your words or anything about your health. Our emails to health coaches, sent through Resend, never contain your name or your words.
Everything is kept until you erase it, and deleted 30 days after your Membership with your health coach ends. If you return before then, your history is still here. "Erase all my answers" in Settings erases it from our server and from Stream. We keep only what your Membership needs to continue, such as its dates, your language, your health coach and any paid call you have not used. Anything erased leaves our database's recovery history within 1 day. You can withdraw your agreement in Settings at any time; your health coach then stops reading your messages and replying.
Small Circles
Small Circles are open to members with a current Membership in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You join only after you say yes twice: once to keep your circle focus, and once to share with your circle.
To find your circle, we keep your first name, your mode, your focus, your age group, your language, your region, your time zone and your circle choices, with your Membership's renewal date and your 2 yeses in the exact words you saw. Your region comes from your App Store country. Your circle sees your first name, your focus and what you share.
Your messages and voice messages are kept on Avasora's server, so your circle can read and hear them. AssemblyAI writes out each voice message on its servers in the United States and deletes its copy as soon as the words are written out. Your device keeps none of your circle's words or voices.
Before anyone sees a message, it passes a safety check. A link or contact details hold it at once. Claude, Avasora's AI by Anthropic, reads the rest. It sees only that 1 message, never your name, your circle or anyone else's words, and Anthropic keeps it on the same terms as the replies above. A held message waits for a member of our Avasora Leadership Team, who also reads and hears any message that is held or reported, to keep circles safe, and every opening is recorded. If your words say you may harm yourself, you see your emergency number at once, and our Avasora Leadership Team receives a short alert that never contains your words.
Report hides a message from your circle at once. Tell Avasora tells us about a woman in your circle. Block means you never see her messages again. She is never told of any of them. Our Avasora Leadership Team looks at every report within 24 hours. When your circle has new messages, Apple's push service sends your device 1 short notice a day at most, with no names and no words.
Leaving Small Circles, or withdrawing either yes, deletes everything of yours in Small Circles at once. So does "Erase all my answers". Each season's messages and voice messages are deleted 30 days after the season ends, and everything else 30 days after your Membership ends, or at once if Apple refunds it. If a member is removed from Small Circles after repeated reports, we keep a record so she cannot rejoin. Once her Membership ends, or she uses "Erase all my answers", only a coded mark of her member code remains, so the removal still holds.
Ava Talks
Ava Talks are live talks by our certified health coaches, for every member with a current Membership, in the app and on avasora.com. To open them, the app sends Apple's signed record of your Membership, so our server can confirm it. Watching shares nothing about you: Stream, which carries the talk, knows you only by a new random code each time and your connection's address, never by your name, and we keep no record of what you watch. You are never filmed or recorded.
When you ask a question, we keep your words, your first name if you gave it to Avasora, and your country. Phone numbers, email addresses and links are removed from every question first. Your certified health coach sees your question. Other members see it, with your first name and country, only when she answers it: live, and in that talk's library recording until your question is deleted. Your questions are deleted 30 days after the talk.
A question you speak in the app is written out on your device, and the recording is deleted. On avasora.com, AssemblyAI writes it out and deletes the recording at once. To watch on your computer, your device makes a 6-digit code, which we keep with your first name and country until 1 hour after the talk.
Stream records each talk in 2 parts. The talk itself is kept in Avasora's library, and AssemblyAI writes its captions from your health coach's words only, then deletes its copy. The part where she answers questions is deleted by Stream after 14 days. If you are an Avasora health coach, your Ava Talks are recorded, captioned and kept in the members' library.
Purchases, Reminders And Links
Apple handles every purchase in the app. Paddle (Paddle.com), our merchant of record, handles every purchase on avasora.com and receives what it needs to take the payment: the membership you choose and what you enter in its checkout, such as your email address, country and card. We never see your payment details. From a website purchase we keep only Paddle's customer number and the record of the purchase, never your card, name, email or address.
Your reminders are scheduled on your device. When you share Avasora, the iOS share sheet sends only what you see. Links such as fda.gov open in your browser, under those sites' own policies.
Avasora.com
If you join our list, we keep your email address, the country your connection comes from, the page and moment you confirmed, the words you agreed to, and your first name if you give it. Every email has a link to leave the list.
Who Else Handles Your Information
Only these companies handle your information for us, each only for its job and each bound to protect it at least as carefully as this policy does: Anthropic (composed replies, the safety check in Small Circles and, with your yes, Claude's help for your health coach), Stream (calls and Ava Talks), AssemblyAI (writing out your health coach's words when she speaks instead of typing, her notes after a call included, voice messages in Small Circles, questions spoken on avasora.com and the captions of Ava Talks, deleting each recording once it is written out), Neon (our database), Vercel (our server and website), Cloudflare (our website and the Ava Talks library), Resend (our list, and emails to health coaches and to our team) and Google Workspace (our email). They work in the United States and, for some, in other countries too. Apple handles your purchases in the app and carries the notices that your health coach wrote or that your circle has new messages, under Apple's own privacy policy. Paddle, our merchant of record, handles purchases on avasora.com under its own privacy policy.
Children
Avasora is for adults 18 and over. If we learn we hold information from anyone younger, we delete it.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct, receive a copy of or delete what we hold about you, and withdraw your consent at any time. That is your emails, your place on our list, what you share in Small Circles, your questions in Ava Talks and, with a health coach, your history with her.
- In the United States, including California: we do not sell or share your personal information, and we use your health information only to provide Avasora to you.
- In Canada: you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- In the United Kingdom and the European Union: we rely on your explicit consent for your health information and your words, and on our contract with you for the rest. You can also object, limit what we do, and complain to your data protection authority.
Write to hello@avasora.com and we will answer within 30 days. Asking never changes how we treat you.
How To Delete Everything
- Settings, "Erase all my answers" clears everything on your device, your Small Circles messages and voice messages, your Ava Talks questions and, with a health coach, your history on our server and at Stream.
- Deleting the app removes everything on your device. It does not cancel a subscription (you do that in your Apple account) or erase your history with your health coach or in Small Circles: erase it first in Settings, or it is deleted 30 days after that Membership ends.
- Apple Health keeps your health data until you delete it in the Health app.
- Your emails and your place on our list: write to hello@avasora.com and we delete them within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and tell you in the app first.
