Avasora Membership Terms

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Avasora you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Avasora Is Not Medical Care. Please Read This Section
Avasora is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nothing in Avasora constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. That includes your reading, Your Plan For Today, What Works For You, the Is This Normal? explanations, your appointment brief, your Sunday note, every message from our team, and every call or message with a certified health coach. Avasora's guidance is educational and informational only.
Certified health coaches are not medical doctors or nurses. They help you with your habits, your plan and your goals. They do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and health questions belong with your own medical doctor.
The cycle estimate is never birth control. It is an estimate from your own record, to help you plan.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or hear in Avasora.
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Health data from consumer wearables is an estimate and may be inaccurate. Avasora's interpretations rest on that data, on what you tell it, and on general research, not on examination of you. Avasora may be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own health.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
4. Your Device And Your Information
Avasora has no account. What you enter is kept on your device, so please keep your device secure. If you lose your device or delete the app, what Avasora kept on it is gone, unless your device's own backup includes it. Our Privacy Policy explains what leaves your device, and when.
5. Memberships, Billing, And Cancellation
Avasora offers the following:

A Lifetime Membership has its own Lifetime Terms.
The current price of each is shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Some memberships begin with a free trial or an introductory price, shown before you confirm; if you cancel a free trial before it ends, you are not charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your membership renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel memberships in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your membership.
- If you take a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a membership.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly.
Purchases made on avasora.com. Purchases on our website are limited to the Membership, monthly or annual, and the Lifetime Membership; the Membership With Your Certified Health Coach is bought only in the app, through Apple. If you subscribe through our website, the payment is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and your receipt comes from Paddle. If the Membership is not right for you, write to hello@avasora.com within 14 days of your first Membership payment and we will refund it in full. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for; renewals are not refunded once charged. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. This refund does not apply to a Lifetime Membership, which has its own Lifetime Terms.
6. Lifetime Membership
A Lifetime Membership has its own Lifetime Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
Please do not reverse-engineer the app, use it unlawfully, send harmful or abusive messages to our team or to a certified health coach, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Messages, Notes And Calls
When you write to our team or speak with a certified health coach, please be respectful. We may stop replying to, or end a call with, anyone who is abusive. What you send us is used only to reply to you, as our Privacy Policy describes.
9. Small Circles
Small Circles are for members 18 and over with a current Membership in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please share your own experience, with kindness. Please do not post anything unkind, hurtful or abusive, sell anything, share a link or anyone's contact details, or advise anyone to start, stop or change a medication or its dose. What you post stays yours, and you allow Avasora to show it to your circle for as long as our Privacy Policy keeps it.
Every message passes a safety check before your circle sees it, and a message may wait until a member of our Avasora Leadership Team has read it. Report hides a message from your circle at once. Tell Avasora tells us about a woman in your circle. Block means you never see her messages again. She is never told of any of them. Our Avasora Leadership Team looks at every report within 24 hours and removes any message that breaks these Terms. A member whose messages are removed 3 times leaves Small Circles, and we may ask any member who breaks these Terms to leave.

10. Intellectual Property
Avasora and its content are owned by Avasora LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app. Your own data remains yours.
11. Disclaimer Of Warranties
Avasora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avasora LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This section does not apply to a Lifetime Membership.
13. Stopping
You may stop using Avasora at any time. In Settings, "Erase all my answers" clears everything Avasora keeps on your device, and deleting the app removes it too. Neither cancels a membership; you do that in your Apple Account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Apple
Your licence to use the app also comes under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these Terms add to it. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for Avasora. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Changes
If we change these Terms, we will update this page and tell you in the app first.
