1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Avasora you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. ⚠️ Avasora is not medical care — read this section
Avasora is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Nothing in Avasora — including summaries, guidance, weekly notes, or any communication from the Avasora team — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Avasora's guidance is educational and informational only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about any medical concern. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Avasora.
If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Health data from consumer wearables is an estimate and may be inaccurate. Avasora's interpretations rest on that data and on general research, not on examination of you. Avasora may be wrong. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own health.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
4. Your account
You're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@avasora.com about any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Avasora offers the following subscription tiers:

The current price of each tier is shown in the App Store before you confirm a purchase. Paid tiers begin with a free trial; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- If you take a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly.
6. Founding Member terms
Founding Member entitlements apply to the Avasora features available in the Founding tier as of your purchase date. We may introduce additional products or tiers in the future that are not included. Founding Member access is a one-time purchase: it does not renew, and it does not expire. Founding Members are asked, but not required, to provide periodic product feedback.
7. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer the app, use it unlawfully, upload harmful or abusive content, harass other members, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
8. Community
You are responsible for content you post. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. Do not post medical advice to other members. Do not share other members' information outside Avasora.
9. Intellectual property
Avasora and its content are owned by Avasora LLC. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app. Your own data remains yours.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Avasora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avasora LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Termination
You may stop using Avasora at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for Avasora. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
